Administrative and fiscal officers often need to reallocate their budget dollars. With the NIMBUS Budget Transaction Request (BTR) system, administrators have the option of submitting their budget changes through an online form—resulting in a quick and simple process.
The BTR is also used for transferring funds from one Cost Center to another. If you are transferring funds from a Cost Center to an Internal Order, you will need to submit a journal voucher.

If you need to change the transaction you requested, call or email your Budget Officer, or use the email link in the browser to request it be rejected. Please be as detailed as possible to ensure the correct transaction is rejected.
