Your manager can be an important ally in helping you set and work toward career goals. This workshop will cover strategies and techniques for communicating with your manager about your career. The highly interactive workshop will include opportunities for practice and for sharing ideas and experiences with fellow participants. An experienced manager will attend to share a manager's perspective on the career conversation, and you will develop your own personal action plan.
